The RATIONAL iCombi Pro XS 6-2 / 3 is the successor to the RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter® XS. Grill, roast, bake, steam, stew, blanch, poach or deep-fry on 6 levels simultaneously without fat. With the new iProductionManager function, you can easily combine different loads at the same time when possible and one after the other when the cooking system has to switch processes. For example from hot air to steaming or from steaming to a combination of both.
The iCombi Pro is equipped with many intelligent sensors that ensure a perfect result, every time and always the same result. And still need to open the door or add a load in the meantime? After closing the door, the iCombi Pro resumes preparation and adjusts moisture, temperature and time automatically.
